By registering for the classes offered on our Website, you agree that you shall not share, copy, disclose or give to any third party your username or password for our Website, any documents, images, lessons, quiz questions or other information associated with our class.  We reserve the right to disable your account if wrong doing is discovered.

Refunds / Rescheduling:  If you wish to cancel or reschedule your class, you must do so within 24 hours of purchase, the class tuition minus a $75 administration fee shall be refunded.  Refunds may take up to 30 days.  In the case of rescheduling, access to the class shall be suspended until an agreed-upon date.  You may only reschedule the class one time.  To cancel or reschedule your class, email  Emails shall be received within 24 hours of purchase to be eligible for a refund or rescheduling of the class.

Payments:  Payments are principally accepted through  Our Website does not collect or store any payment information such as credit card numbers.  If your payment fails, please contact Paypal directly.  We are not able to process payments manually, however we do offer a mailing option.  Send a Money Order payable to The Original IDEX CA Prep Class©.  Contact for mailing address and to notify her that you are mailing payment.

Class Requirements:  The on-line class requires you to have a computer with internet connection and an up-to-date web browser.  You may also be able to access our class from your smart phone or pad, however, with the variety of systems available we do not guarantee use on these items.  There are two sample classes available on our Website to test your computer’s compatibility.  The in-person class requires you to be ON TIME for the class and have a pen or pencil and paper for additional notes.

Changes/Updates:  The online class is updated as needed.  Currently enrolled students shall be notified via email of any significant changes to the class.

CEU credit:  Our class is accepted by the CCIDC certification board only for existing CIDs.  It is valued at 1.0 CEUs (10 hours).  A Certificate of Completion is offered at the conclusion of the class as proof of participation.

Expectations:  Our class is designed to provide you with a base of knowledge that shall prepare you to take the IDEX CA exam.  We have taken extreme measures to ensure that the information provided in our class is accurate and shall cover all sections of the IDEX CA exam.  This in itself does not guarantee that you shall pass the exam and we therefore cannot warrant or guarantee passage of the IDEX CA exam or that all information contained in our class is without fault.  Should you not pass the IDEX CA, you shall be eligible to retake the on-line Original IDEX CA Prep Class© at no additional cost.
